Use very sparingly on clean slightly damp hair. The aloe in this product is a very effective moisturizer. Using to much can cause longer dryinf and setting times. Apply only a small amount along the length of the hair and style using any method. Make sure to dry the hair completly to achieve the tightest set. 4oz
