Complete transfer client questionnaire. Do a hair assessment. Ask & answer questions with potential new client. Schedule 1st appointment. 30min-1hr
Cancellation Policy
$25 cancellation fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment This must be paid before a new booking can be made. After 1 hour appointments will be cancelled and a $25 fee will be charged. No call/no show bookings bill be charged $75
